Remeber:

The conductivity for n-type doped Silicon is:${\sigma }_n(Si)\sim 0.02\frac{1}{\text{ohm}m}$The mobility for n-type doped Silicon is:${\mu }_n(Si)=1400\frac{c{m}^2}{V\cdot s}$The mobility for p-type doped Silicon is:${\mu }_p(Si)=450\frac{c{m}^2}{V\cdot s}$

The mobility and conductivity are related by this formula:$\sigma =nq\mu$

We can calculate the electric current density $J$ we can use this formula:$J=nqE\left({\mu }_n+{\mu }_p\right)$Or:$J=E\left({\sigma }_n+{\sigma }_p\right)$
