Let’s start with a non-inverting op. amp., if we wish to ==remove from the output signal the DC components==, and let only the AC components pass, we can use an AC-coupling variation, like in this circuit:
So the output is only the amplified AC component of the input signal.
Instead if we want an AC-coupled differential amplifier, we can use this circuit:
